New Blog
Hello! I am so excited to start my first blog. After going the t.i.c.l convention in Storm Lake this summer, I have been intrigued to start a blog that is first grade friendly. I have high hopes for the possibilities that this blog with bring. I am hoping to use this year as a trial year with the blog. There are so many things I want to do with this blog. I really hope that I can get parent and family involvement using this blog. I also hope to connect with other classrooms around the world. My goal is to stay on top of the blog and keep my posts updated. I want to share videos and pictures with parents. It seems like such an easy way to bring parents to our classroom when they are not available to physically be there! I am sooo excited!!!
Oh, one more thing… I feel so fortunate to teach in a school district (Manson Northwest Webster Elementary School) that provides unlimited possibilities for technology. My classroom is equipped with SMART board technology which allows me to expose my students to endless technological activities. GO COUGARS!!!
